Thereof the Department of Public Revenues and Taxes at the Ministry invites, Companies and Establishments the capital of which exceeds 500,000 Qatari Riyals (Five hundred thousands Riyals) or the volume of exceeds 5,000,000 Qatari Riyals (Five Million Riyals) in the year, to promptly register at the Department and obtain the Tax Card, which is issued free of charge. For other companies and establishments transactions is extended until 31/07/2010.
The Department is also calling on taxpayers who required to submit tax declaration and financial statements audited by auditing office accredited in the State to these declarations and statements on time and to pay the amount of tax due, in accordance to the provisions of the above-mentioned Law.
Also to taxpayers who have received prior approval from the Department to submit their declarations in other specific dates, they should respect these dates. For more information, visit the Ministry's Website on the Internet. (www.mof.gov.qa).
